As the wallet breaks in, over a period of a week or so, it will stay closed on its own. When you first receive your new wallet, you may notice that the flap wants to stay up slightly, but give it a week. The more you use it, the softer and more supple the leather will become and will naturally stay closed without the need for uncomfortable snaps or buttons.
